Start by setting the scene for cosiness, tranquillity and pampering. Light a scented candle or use fragrance sticks.

Jump into your best and most relaxing cozy clothes. It's all about being comfortable and at ease just the way you like it best. You are the centre of attention.

Body scrub:
Remove dead skin cells and refresh your skin with a delicious body crub. Use ours that's for both hands and body or make your own:

1 teaspoon coffee grounds
5 small pump body lotions.

- Mix the ingredients together
- Scrub on the body in circular motions

Wash off and finish with a nice hot bath. Use our body wash with chamomile and sea buckthorn scents and nourishing ingredients such as macadamia oil to soften the skin. Supplement with our shampoo, conditioner and intimate wash with the same lovely fragrance.

When you're dry, soften and add even more moisture to your skin with our body lotion.

If you're lucky enough to have a bathtub, a hot soak in this is ideal for a day at the home spa. Use our bath bombs or bath creamer for an extra luxurious experience. And your skin is left both moisturised and silky soft.

Face mask:
Get a gorgeous facial glow with this easy mask. This mask is especially good if you suffer from blemishes.

1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon milk

- Mix all the ingredients together - make sure it has a thick consistency.
- Spread all over the face, but avoid on and around the eyes.
- Leave on for 10-15 minutes and wash off.

It's a given that we only have one body and we need to look after it as well as our minds. A day at home in peace, with time for and focus on yourself, can be a great break from a busy day and help you regain your energy. Take a day, afternoon or evening in your own home spa as needed.
