Sea buckthorn is an orange berry, that grows on bushes near the Nordic coasts. But the little wonderberry is limited edition and can only be harvested between the end of August and the start of October. The small powerful berry help improve the skin. The healthy nutrients in sea buckthorn strengthens the skin, increases elasticity, hydrates and stimulates the formation of new skin cells. Sea buckthorn can be used directly on the skin and researchers believe that sea buckthorn can be used against scars, stretch marks and eczema.
You can make a lovely, nourishing and natural mask, and let your skin absorb the nourishing vitamins the sea buckthorn can offer.
- Take a nice walk in nature and fine some sea buckthorn
- Mash the berries and spread them on your skin.
- Let the mask sit for approx. 15 min. and feel how your skin works with the good vitamins.
- Rinse the mask off with lukewarm water
