When will i receive my order?
We always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 11:00 AM on a business day, we will ship it the same day.
The standard delivery time within Denmark is 1–3 business days.
What does delivery cost?
At Humdakin, we offer free shipping when you buy for at least 80 €. However, the delivery costs depend on the type of delivery you choose and can therefore vary. The exact delivery costs will be shown in the payment and delivery process.
Which countries does Humdakin deliver to?
We offer delivery to most of the world through our website. You can check if we offer delivery to your exact address during the payment and delivery process.
Can I track the delivery of my order?

Is Humdakin a Danish brand?

Founded in Aarhus in 2016, Humdakin combines aesthetics, functionality, and responsibly sourced ingredients in exclusive cleaning products, textiles, and home accessories. Our headquarters are located in northern Aarhus, while our warehouse is based in Herning.

Who owns Humdakin?
Humdakin A/S was founded and is owned by Camilla Schram, who created the brand with a vision of developing beautiful, effective, and responsible products for the home, inspired by Danish cleaning traditions and Scandinavian living.

If an item is sold out, how can I get it?
If a Humdakin product is out of stock, we recommend signing up for the product's "Notify Me" feature on our webshop. You will receive an email notification as soon as the item is back in stock.
Selected products may also be available through our retailers.

What is the delivery time outside Denmark?
Delivery times outside Denmark vary depending on the destination and shipping method. International deliveries typically take between 2–5 business days.
We work with a range of trusted shipping partners and always strive to choose the best delivery solution for your order.
During busy periods or when customs clearance is required, delivery times may be longer.

Please ensure that the items are securely packaged. You are responsible for the parcel and its contents until we receive it. Therefore, we recommend keeping your postage receipt and tracking number.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You must arrange and purchase your own return label and deliver the parcel to the chosen carrier.
Please note that we do not accept parcels that are not delivered directly to our warehouse at the address above. This also includes deliveries through carriers such as DAO and DAO Home. We therefore recommend using carriers such as GLS, Bring, or UPS.
Important: We expect you to return the parcel/items as soon as possible after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, and no later than 90 days thereafter.
Please note: We do not accept parcels sent Cash on Delivery (COD).

What is Humdakin's return policy?
When shopping online at www.humdakin.dk, you have a 90-day right of withdrawal. This means you may notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase and then return the item(s) to us.
Your withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day (June 5), Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, it is extended until the next business day.
If multiple items are ordered in one purchase but delivered separately, or if a product is delivered in several shipments, the withdrawal period begins when the final item is received.
You may only handle the goods to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement by email within 90 days of receiving the item.

When can/should I claim an item/order?
A claim is considered valid if the product has significant defects or faults that affect its functionality or performance.

Your order
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, Humdakin cannot make changes to an existing order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it, allowing you to place a new order with the desired changes.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@humdakin.com or call us at +45 70 70 75 70 during business hours as soon as possible.
Please note that cancellation is only possible if our warehouse has not yet started processing your order.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link directly from the selected shipping carrier.
My order has not been delivered and is on its way back to Humdakin
This may happen for one or more of the following reasons:
- No one was available at the delivery address during the delivery attempt.
- The parcel was not collected from the parcel shop or pickup point within the specified timeframe (typically 10 days).
- The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, a refund will be issued within 10 business days after the parcel has been returned to our warehouse and processed by our returns department.
I have received something I didn't order
If you have received items that you did not order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by email at info@humdakin.com or by phone at +45 70 70 75 70.
Our team will help find a solution and arrange the return of the unwanted items.
I haven't received everything I ordered
If your order arrived incomplete and one or more items are missing, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by email at info@humdakin.com or by phone at +45 70 70 75 70.
We will help resolve the issue and ensure that the missing items are delivered as quickly as possible.
Does Humdakin offer to pay for customs duties?
No, Humdakin does not cover customs duties, import fees, or other related charges and is unable to provide advice regarding tax matters.
Prices shown on our website include VAT in accordance with the One Stop Shop (OSS) tax regulations and are adjusted to the applicable VAT rates of the destination country.
I have paid for home delivery, but my package has ended up at a pickup point/post office/packing shop.
Once the selected courier has taken possession of your parcel, the shipping carrier assumes full responsibility for the delivery.
This may occur if:
- No one was available at the delivery address.
- The parcel was considered unsafe to leave unattended.
- The delivery address was incomplete or inaccurate.
If you have any questions regarding the delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
What should I do if a product is damaged upon delivery?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact Humdakin Customer Service as soon as possible and attach photographs of both the product and the packaging.

Is it possible to send an order as a gift?
Yes, Humdakin products can be sent as gifts. Our products are popular gift choices within home décor, wellness, and interior design thanks to their exclusive design and luxurious fragrances.
Please note that we do not currently offer gift wrapping.
However, you may choose an alternative delivery address and have the order shipped directly to the recipient.

Where can I experience Humdakin fragrances?

Many retailers display hand soaps, lotions, and cleaning products, allowing you to experience the fragrances in person.
If you are trying Humdakin for the first time, we recommend choosing one of our Sea Buckthorn-based fragrances, such as Sage & Sea Buckthorn or Chamomile & Sea Buckthorn.
Are Humdakin products safe to use in homes with pets?
Humdakin products are developed for normal household use. We recommend following the dosage instructions and ensuring good ventilation while cleaning.
Pets should not come into direct contact with concentrated cleaning products.
Can Humdakin laundry detergents be used for wool, silk, or baby clothing?
Humdakin laundry detergents are developed for the gentle care of textiles while helping preserve fibres and colours.
We always recommend following both the garment care label and the product's dosage instructions, particularly when washing wool, silk, or baby clothing.
For wool and cashmere garments, we recommend Humdakin Wool & Cashmere Wash.
Is Humdakin vegan?
Humdakin cleaning products, skincare products, and hand care products are vegan.
We continuously work with responsibly sourced ingredients and maintain transparency regarding our formulations.

Do the products contain fragrance or allergens?
Some Humdakin products contain fragrance to create our signature sensory experience. We use fragrance ingredients that are not known allergens.
Any allergens that must be declared according to regulations will always be listed in the ingredient list for the individual product.
If you have sensitive skin or specific concerns, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list before use.
Are Humdakin cleaning products safe for children and pets?

Can Humdakin products remove stains?

We always recommend testing the product on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Why does Humdakin occasionally offer sales or discounted products?
As a manufacturing company, we take our responsibility seriously. We recognize that responsible production and purchasing practices play an important role in reducing waste and overproduction.
As part of this commitment, we carefully plan our purchasing based on data and expected demand. However, some products may not sell as anticipated, resulting in excess inventory.
Because we never discard products, we occasionally offer these items at reduced prices. If products remain after a sale, we donate them to charitable organizations and/or make them available through warehouse sales, ensuring they can still be used and appreciated rather than going to waste.

Where are Humdakin products produced?
Humdakin has production in several countries. We have the majority of our production in Europe, as well as India and China. We have high standards for the selection of all suppliers, and all suppliers sign our Code of Conduct. You can read it here.
Are products at risk of being recalled?
At Humdakin, we are naturally very committed to the quality of all our products, and we have adopted a very strict adherence to all rules for the production and manufacturing of cleaning products, textile products and decorative design/interior products. Sometimes mistakes happen, no matter how hard we try. If it should happen that our products do not meet our standards, we will react and act as quickly as possible and recall any products if necessary.
Can Humdakin cleaning products get too old?
Like all other hand care and cleaning products, our products also have an expiration date, which indicates that the product is best before that date. The date is marked on the bottom of the product. If your product has passed this date, don't worry. The product is still usable, however, it may affect the effectiveness of the product. As a rule, our products always have a shelf life of at least 2 years. The shelf life after opening the product is also indicated on the product. This is usually 6 months. If your product has been open longer than this, there is no need to worry. It may simply affect the scent and color of the product.
